Frequent Fliers' Spa Package is designed to help one rejuvenate and reduce body pain and aches caused due to frequent travelling. It starts with a Anxiety Relieving Massage which a gentle massage that works on the sense of touch and smell and helps release hormones that have a calming effect on the mind followed by Sleep Regulating Therapy which is an Ayurvedic therapy that work on increasing blood circulation to the brain, calming and restoring the nerves.
