				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Can you resist not eating something you badly desire? In fact sometimes the food items you completely detest may also all of a sudden end up looking very tempting! But yet again, you cannot eat any of those. Why? Well, maybe you’re a victim of one of those fad diets. Many names like low card diet, grapefruit diet, GM diet but all of them with one common purpose, losing weight! How healthy are these diets? Do they really work? The truth is fad diets don’t really work! If you’re looking for something that is extremely healthy and effective for a long term, fad diet is not for you.<br />
Initially you may be very happy with the results of a fad diet as you may start losing weight drastically but once you switch back to your normal diet, you’ll end up putting on all the more weight. It is the body’s way of sense that it was not able to adapt to your sudden and erratic changes in the diet. Crash diets usually tell us to give up on the most tempting food items or stick to eating just one food item the whole day and sometimes not eat anything at all! A diet like this might end up doing more harm than good to your body. Our body requires a wholesome and a balanced meal. You may be dieting, but you can always compensate with the nutrients by eating in short intervals in small amounts. If all of a sudden one day, you resort to an all apple diet, no matter how healthy the fruit is, your body will soon start giving up on it and will crave for healthier and more filling food options. Also, keep yourself full for a little while is not enough. Is this new diet you can’t stop raving about exhausting your mentally and physically? Do you feel lethargic and tired too soon? Chances are, you do! In fact not to forget how greatly your thinking and working capacities may also be questionable.<br />
If you intend to lose weight, make sure it’s healthy and natural. In a bid to get quick results, don’t make your body go through unpleasant and torturous diets. In fact you will be surprised to hear that the key to lose weight is eating everything! Yes, everything but in small quantities. Keep small portions of your meal in short intervals. This way your body will get all the possible nutrients, your taste buds will be relieved and you won’t feel hungry for a considerable amount of time. If you’re altering your lifestyle and making changes in them, make sure the changes are long term and most importantly, healthy. This may require some amount of patience but ultimately, this is what your body really needs!<br />
Opting for long term and healthy options may leave you restless and a little impatient and you may be tempted to opt for quicker diets but keep calm and hold on to that! Also, it’s okay to feel tempted to eat ice creams and chocolates once in a while. Don’t completely stop anything you love eating a lot! To be able to be healthy, you most importantly need to be happy. And remember, losing weight is no rocket science!  </p>

It means that you should be such an admiring and gentle being that acts like a magnet and draws people to talk to you or be in your company. There are certain qualities that help you be that magnetic person with whom everybody loves to have a word with. And the best part is, you need not be born with them.  If they are inbuilt, nothing like it, but you need not worry as you can even acquire them with the passage of time.<br />
It all begins with a smile, especially with an authentic one. Spread smiles in your surroundings and see how people get fascinated by your pleasing and fascinating personality. Always wear a genuine smile on your face that helps you win some hearts. Which means try and be subtle when you talk to people. Whether they are your junior, senior, subordinates or stranger, keep your temperament low and avoid getting the tag of being arrogant. Boasting about ones achievements every minute all day long and treating other’s achievement as trivial is one of the worst thing to do. Talking ill about others, undermining them and living with the feeling of jealousy would cost you loss of respect pretty soon.<br />
Hence, build up an affable persona that makes it easy for people to converse with you and keep a positive feeling towards you. Doing something good for others and making them happy would be a great deed and help you achieve a higher divine satisfaction. Being selfish does work not all the time, as actual happiness and peace is achieved only in making other’s happy from your activities. So, be flexible, go with the flow and people shall love you for the humbleness and easy going nature.<br />
Your face reflects your heart and mind. Sometimes, it becomes very easy for people to make out your mood status from just having a glance at your face. Tensions, worries, anxiety, sadness are all an inseparable part of every one’s life. But reflecting these moods all the time sets the same impression about you.  Be confident, be relaxed and people shall consider you the same.<br />
One of the benefits of remaining calm and patient is you developing into a good listener. This is one of the important features of a fascinating personality. Try and talk less and listen more. This will help you in being more knowledgeable and admirable by the teller as you are paying attention and showing respect to their efforts.<br />
And while you listen or talk, it’s crucial to maintain that healthy eye contact. Looking into the eyes of the person listening shows your confident attitude and reflects an honest and fine person. Similarly, a proper handshake echoes a positive and pleasing gentleman. Improper handshake signifies lot of other behavioral traits about you that might not turn out to be in your favor.<br />

The ups and downs can be anything from a breakup, fights with your family or loved ones, loss of job, moving into a new house etc. When depression takes a toll on us we don’t even realize. In the midst of all the hustle and bustle wait for a second and give a thought about yourself. Depression can not only affect you mentally but also have its share of effect physically. So what can be done to stay away from this dreaded word called Depression?<br />
Imagine how bad the condition of depression in itself can be if the thought is only this bad? In fact the consequences of depression on an individual mentally as well as physically are worse! It comes as no surprise when we hear of people committing suicide due to depression. The key to avoid depression and stay away from the claws of depression is most importantly to love yourself. In order to be in charge of the things, people and events around you and be able to love the world around you, you first and foremost need to be comfortable with yourself and love yourself. There’s nothing, not even medicines that can treat or ‘cure’ a person suffering from depression. If there’s anything that can help that person, it’s he, himself.<br />
And the first step towards loving yourself is to start doing something for yourself. This does not necessarily mean binging on chocolates and unhealthy food in a bid to pamper yourself and go shopping! Though these methods may work for you for the time being, look for things that bring about a more long term and positive change in you. Depression may also affect your appetite. A person may either over eat or not eat at all. Either way, the one thing that’s suffering the most is your health.  Eat healthy, even if you don’t feel hungry, eat something light.<br />
Though making amends in your lifestyle like eating healthy, working out and joining a new activity to keep your mind distracted are some of the most ideal and good advices anybody would give you in order to beat depression, the best advice would be to speak your heart out and be heard. But let’s be honest, if you’re in the middle of being depressed, you wouldn’t want to hear about things you know you should be doing. Rather than letting yourself suffer, just talk about how you feel with someone. The person can either be a family member, a friend or even a psychologist if that’s what you’re comfortable with. Also if you’re depressed, it’s important to work that imagination of yours and you not only get those creative juices flowing, but also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood.<br />
Depression is not like cold and flu that will simply vanish in just 2 days. It will take its own course of time to go away but for that to happen as soon as possible, you have to be positive and hopeful. Again as we said, depression is not a disease that’ll go away after staying with you for a week or two. You can beat depression when you want to beat it. Love yourself and be patient with yourself. The heart and the mind get impacted by the events very easily, but it’s equally difficult to get rid of that impact. </p>
